Money Mayweather

Today I watched this video of Floyd Mayweather Jump Roping and it is awesome, Jump Roping is #2 to Running, so it is a beneficial cardio exercise. Plus it's fun.




NO EXCUSES!

FOOD

Breakfast-
1 ensure, 350calories 13grams of protein. I hardly ever eat a good breakfast, I need to change that.

Lunch-
ex. long chili cheese coney (from sonic) 600calories, 24grams of protein
2 ham sandwiches, 400calories unknown protein

Ramen Noodles, 380calories 8grams of protein
2 Ensures, 700calories 26grams of protein
